I am not much of a movie watcher, although I like them, I simply do not want to take so much time out of my short life to watch other people have a life. That is one of the reasons I have not watched any TV for the last 20 years.
Way too many to list. I am reading Aztec now, a book written in the early 80's, the book before that was by Dan Brown, then before that, Steven King and another a romantic novel. My ebook reader has literally saved my life in China as my choices before of regular books was very limited here in China.
One of my strongest traits is "if you will eat it, I will eat it." There is only one food in China I will not eat, although I have, but I can't eat dog, I feel like I am eating my best friend. Hot and spicy to mild Chinese is probably my favorite.
Depends on my mood, most of the time I don't listen, but when I do it can be anything from Chinese traditional to Chinese pop music, to western rock and roll to classical music.
Casual, I dislike wearing form fitting tight clothes, clothes that restrict my movements and ties. The most important thing I own are a good pair of shoes, because I like to walk and explore.
My students and most people I know say I have a great sense of humor, one of my strong traits.
Photography, writing, traveling and getting out and about. I love to experience life.
All over the USA, Canada, Mexico, South Korea, Thailand, Philippines and of course, China where I have been to many cities, both big and small. As far as places I would like to travel, you name it, I want to go there.
Maybe that is my strongest trait, I am very adaptable. I am very resourceful and despite my lack of Chinese, I am able to do most things by myself. Even bargain at the market.
Quite beautiful place that is within a few hours of where we live. Or an extended trip to the beach for a week of play and so on. I love romantic dinners, both in and out of the home. Walk in a park on a nice nite, along a river, or the beach. Sometimes the silliest things can be romantic, there are no set criteria or rules for me in that regard.
Outgoing, independent, easy going, common sense, fun and funny, nice to be with, very much a one woman man, passionate about life, and so on. I love my solitude and quite times very much which really means, we can both have our quiet times away from each other, and then have our wonderful times with one another.
Nice, easy going, does not get angry about the little things, does not live by the "what if's", has a sense of adventure, humor, healthy and skinny to slender, I really like small petite women, below average to good looking, good housekeeper, non demanding, does not want to control my life and treats me with respect, keeps her promises, and wants more out of life then living a "normal" life --- oh yea, you must be able to speak at least some English. What is also very important, I really dislike high maintenance woman.
If you are looking for a sugar daddy (rich man who buys you everything), please walk away. I want to live here in China for the rest of my life, do not look at me as your way out of China because that is not going to happen. Sorry for being so brash, but I have learned there are far too many who will use a Guówài for their own gain and will assume we all have lots of money --- I am not that person.
Finally, as of now I am a standard member, if you send me email I can not read it, or respond to you unless you are a paid member. I am working on getting my status upgraded, but that will take time. This web site makes it difficult for those who live and work in China and do not have a credit card. Maybe if enough of us complain, they will set up a bank transfer system.
