I relocated from Manitoba in 2016, and most recently to Sooke; and looking for a level headed, sincere and honest west coast girl. :) I'm not into games, or into someone who is into the bar scene, whose materialistic or can't put their cell phone down for 5 minutes. I've always loved to cook and refuse to make anything out of a box. Everything is from scratch from my stuffed burgers, homemade pasta with farm fresh eggs, homemade bread to my mozza cheese and pizza doughs with homemade sauce. I was privileged to have taught my daughters who now kick my rear end; but yet so proud. Yes I've also made lip balm, bees wax candles and soap with my girls. Sometimes teaching them the basics is far more valuable than going to the mall. Btw I use a lot of garlic in my recipes. I also love making my own smoked sausage, cheese and go crabbing every chance I get. For me I came to the island for a simpler life. Got tired of working for corporations where wearing a suit and tie was conaidered being successful. I was chasing a materialistic dream that is no longer important to me. I do play piano and guitar and love to write lyrics. Although this is a hobby when I have time, you shouldn't have any worries on me leaving my day job anytime soon. I do love the CFL, NFL and Team Canada Olympics. Being from Manitoba I do love the bombers and jets, so chances of seeing me in a team jersey watching the game is pretty high. My apologies if I don't respond to your message but if you are too far away or if there isn't an initial spark, then I would prefer not to lead you on. Also, as much as I love children, I’m hoping to meet someone with children who are already in their teens or adults since im getting to old to old to be going through terrible twos. (Sorry)
