I plan to embrace life's adventures by traveling, camping, and enjoying the simple pleasures. Weight loss has been a positive outcome of my journey, with my current weight at 250 lbs and steadily decreasing. My blood sugar levels are improving, and I aim to reach my goal weight of 170 lbs.
