Hi, thanks for checking out my profile. I’m guessing the first thing a woman would want to know about a guy online is what he is looking for… Well here it is… I have the sincerest desire to find someone special that I can fall in love with, have a incredible romantic adventure with and be apart of a long term meaningful relationship. Oh and to NEVER HAVE TO BE APART OF THE DATING SCENE EVER AGAIN OR HAVE TO GO ON ANOTHER ONE OF THESE DAMN SITES EVER AGAIN! (hehehe) Don’t get me wrong I don’t have anything against dating, it’s actually kinda fun! I just would like to find someone I can share my life with, create something really special with, to grow old with her and to have an absolutely whirlwind romantic love affair with! The most special part of life really is the people we interact with and the relationships we create and theirs no greater relationship than the one that exists between two people in love. So… why should you consider responding to a person like me? Hmmmmm? Well let’s see, I’m an easy going type of person who likes to laugh and enjoy life. I’m professionally employed with above average income, (never hurts to know), I own my own home, never married, no kids, (though I have nothing against marriage or kids), I like to travel, dinning out is a favourite pass time, I enjoy going to festivals, wine tasting, things like that. I like spontaneous day trips to wherever, nature walks, throwing parties and hosting social gatherings in my home. I live a healthy lifestyle, work out regularly, like staying very fit, have an athletic physique (Mmmm? May be something worth grabbing onto here), hehe. Hey! If a guy’s going to woo that someone special he’s I gotta pull out all the stops… right? So one negative thing about me, (okay so there is more than one)… But hey! Don’t we all have flaws? At least I’m someone who knows most of mine and is trying to grow beyond them. (I’m sure the right woman can help me with the rest). So back to the negative… it’s that I have cats, two little guys named Dustin and Kobi. So if you’re allergic to animals then as regrettable as it is… it isn’t gonna happen. (That and if your a smoker) Thanks for taking the time to read :) Perry

I'm proud of who I am and the man that I've become. The opportunities to grow have taught me how to deal with adversity. I've traveled and lived in different places. I'm now retired and enjoying every part of the experience. I have 3 wonderful children who I'm proud of and love dearly. Trusting in yourself and those you love is a key ingredient for success in life. I'm willing to try new things and I know that a good relationship is based on compromise, generosity, common sense, love, dreams, optimism, a healthy lifestyle and a good attitude to life. I have a good sense of humor and I always try my best. When it comes to music I like a full range of music. I think what makes me unique is that I can see how men and women interact with each other, disabled or not. I'm looking for a woman to be my best friend and love me for me. That's not too much to ask is it, lol lol. I have a mild form of Muscular Dystrophy called, Becker. I can still drive I can walk a bit I have a pacemaker and get around with a scooter. This disability has made me a stronger caring and understanding person. I won't let it stop me from going forward in life. Give this sweet guy a try and judge me later, lol lol. I consider myself to be open-minded, easy going, compassionate, caring, loving, kind, trustworthy, reliable, strong character, young-at-heart, independent, friendly, courteous, romantic and a gentleman. I'm looking for friendship, companionship and possibly marriage. Good luck to all you ladies in your pursuit to happiness. Yes...ladies I know that my disability may be scary for you, however it's the quality not the quantity of time that people spend together that matters even if it may be for a day, week, month, or years. The poem below I didn't write, but it sure is true. I dedicate this poem to all the women out there that sometimes doubt their beauty. The beauty of a woman Is not in the clothes she wears, The figure that she carries, Or the way she combs her hair. The beauty of a woman Must be seen from her eyes, Because that is the doorway to her heart, The place where love resides. The beauty of a woman Is not a facial mole, But true beauty in a woman Is reflected in her soul. It is the caring she lovingly gives, The Passion that she shows. The beauty of a woman with passing years -- only grows and grows.
