Seeking: Female 21 - 55

Hello My name is, William. A very Scottish name, I’m Canadian. I live in south western Canada, in a province called British Columbia. I’m trying to learn the Chinese language. My son say’s I sound like a Sick cat. I’m persistent anyway. I try to live a simple life, I’m not always successful, but I try never the less. I’m a practicing Christian, which needs more practice. I can’t walk on water, but I can swim. In an immoral world, I still have mine. I’m not into mind games, but I like chess. Some say, I have had a hard life. I wouldn’t know this the only one I’ve had. Unlike China, Canada has no customs. On second thought, we have two. We like to watch hockey and drink beer in the winter time. In the summer, we drink beer and try and forget hockey. Canadians will divorce over a hockey game or drinking the last beer. I do not like hockey or beer, so I’m not aloud to vote. We have very many Chinese people in Canada, which is good, we like Chinese food. I’m a very good cook and I like to entertain. I also like to write. I’m a very passionate, caring and sensitive. Other than that, I think, I’m rather normal, normally. True love is like a snowflake everyone is different. Maybe it is that true love is also like cherry blossoms, everyone is perfect. I wonder do we expect too much from just love alone. I think true love could be compared to as a secret garden, of everlasting tending. We remove the weeds and replace with healthy seeds. We tend the soil, fertilise and water. Then we wait on God for the sunshine. A process repeated over and over until the harvest. Then we prepare the soil for next year. We all like to see the magnificent flower or vegetable gardens we put so much back-breaking work into, flourish. If we incorporated the very same principles in our lives and lovers, imagine the eminence gratitude of seeing our love and lover flourish. I wonder could a well tended garden of love yield enough to be admired and emulated by our children.

This I believe: I live each and every day of my life according to the Zoroastrian tenet of Asha or righteousness. The main purpose of my life is to enhance my soul, and this can only be achieved by doing good to humanity by benevolent and honest work. I have always promoted Good and fought against Evil. Life is not a bed of roses and consists of happiness and misery, so I expect disappointments and failures in my life, and I must be prepared to overcome them with courage and and conviction. Life is a struggle, and this struggle can be only overcome d by patience, foresight and honest hard work. I believe in living a simple and healthy life. Physical fitness and eating fresh home grown vegetables and fruits are part of my daily routine, as I consider health is wealth, the longer I live the more good I can do. I know that I will eventually die, as I do not know when that will be, I must be prepared for it any time. Therefore, I must make sure that my life is meaningful and helpful all the time. My beliefs are based on my simple and Zoroastrian religious upbringing, my father was a very honest man, and my aunty who brought me and my sister up (after my mothers death), sacrificed her own life to bring us up , so I understand and appreciate the family sacrifice. I am a self made man and since 18 years of age I have been independent, and have worked hard to achieve a PhD in biochemistry. I am retired now and want to promote my values of righteousness, and family values by my actions and writings. The world problems as I see it arise from lack of righteous values which leads to evilness and corruption, and are mainly due to greed for money, materialistic goods, and power. I want to quote Mother Teresa in this essay on the subject of family values : “I think today the world is upside down, and suffering so much because there is so very little love in the home, and in family life. We have no time for our children, we have no time for each other, there is no time to enjoy each other. Love begins at home; love lives in homes, and that is why there is so much suffering and so much unhappiness in the world today. Everybody today seems to be in such a terrible rush, anxious for greater developments and greater riches and so on, so that children have very little time for their parents. Parents have very little time for each other, and in the home begins the disruption of peace in the world.” “The most terrible poverty is loneliness and the feeling of being unloved. The biggest disease today is not leprosy or tuberculosis, but rather the feeling of being unwanted. There is more hunger in the world for love and appreciation than for bread. We think sometimes that poverty is only being hungry, naked and homeless. The poverty of being unwanted, unloved and uncared for is the greatest poverty. We must start in our homes to remedy this kind of poverty.” I live alone in rural Nova Scotia and hope and pray that I can contribute and promote righteous and family life in my country Canada. I am Aspi , and this I believe. Besides this: I believe in Ecology more than in economy, and prefer that our Earth globally does not become a garbage dump. Also I am not a rich man, and live a simple life with clean conscience. So I ask you to be very honest and open with me in all aspects. Please do not make me come all the way to Thailand unless you are quite sure that I am the right soul mate for you. Thank you.
