I have an eclectic taste in music enjoying almost anything when performed live including, folk, blues, rock, indie, classical & a wide variety & fusion of other genres. I love to attend music festivals, which I do in my campervan, which is very comfortable and means I do not have to worry so much about the weather or facilities available. I had classical piano lessons many years ago when I was a child and thought I had forgotten how to play. However, having just repaired my old electric piano I have discovered that I can still play from sheet music, although I will need a lot of practice to be able to do so to a good standard again. I am going to try and teach myself how to play blues and jazz without needing sheet music. It is not all just about music, concerts and festivals though, I do have a serious side. I would be open to share & enjoy the interests of my eventual life partner. I enjoy cinema, theatre & the arts, but never quite know what I will like until I get there, so am willing to be guided by others, & am rarely disappointed. I live in the beautiful Malvern Hills which offer so many amazing scenic walks; if only I had a dog I would probably walk there more often. I haven’t cycled much in recent years, but could be easily persuaded to get out on a bicycle to explore the countryside. As well as using my campervan attend music festivals, it also allows me to get out and explore the countryside and coast around the UK. Although I have not had much chance to do so in recent years, I also like to travel further afield to other countries, as I love experiencing other cultures and finding out more about them. I enjoy cooking and can cater for almost any taste or preference, including vegetarian or vegan. Cooking and eating a meal together with family and friends, but particularly with someone special, is such an important part of every day life, and is something I cherish. It may only have a small kitchen area but I also love the challenge of cooking in the campervan when away it at music festivals or on holiday. I enjoy good conversation, and friendly discussion about a variety of issues. I have a good sense of humour and firmly believe that laughter makes the world go around, so my mission is to make others smile & laugh. Sadly though it takes more than just smiles and laughter to keep our planet alive and spinning, so I try to do my bit for the environment whenever and wherever I can.
