I am straightforward as a person, honest, and like to be open. I have read well and have travelled. I come from a well educated family. Good manners are important to me, i am clean and tidy, though i like to dress casually. I was born in 1956. I do have a healthy 96 year old mother. I enjoy outdoors, walking, rivers, animals, and countryside. I do like cities and love trying to photograph in cities to get character and the history. I have worked with animals as a boy. I worked teaching which was enjoyable, but i also worked in my own business so i could travel more. I worked overseas for a Government Agency as a volunteer for many years. During that time i built small training schools which are still going today. Importantly i had to ride a horse as transport, we had a bad accident and i now have no top teeth of my own. I have false ones i hate. I feel bad about it, but can do nothing about it. I love to travel and meet new people and customs and cultures. I like to read, I love music ( listening ). I love to work with my hands and I make very good furniture. I have always liked photography and in the past had photographs published in magazines in the Caribbean and Central America. I love to visit museums to see other cultures Art and History. I have taken many photographs in Chinese museums and as a retirement challenge I have been writing a travel guide to help western people understand more about China.
