Young minded kind of guy, I am fit, do Qi Gong exercise everyday , take a daily 1 hour brisk walk in the lovely English countryside around my home, and eat healthy. Don’t smoke, drink a little occasionally. Like to travel, particularly in SE Asia (via flights to Hong Kong/ Shanghai / Beijing) where I spend 3 - 4 months each year in China, Hong Kong, Thailand, Malaysia to avoid the cold, wet , UK winter months. I have an 5 year validity entry visa for China. My paid subscription to this site has now expired. Thank you to the ladies who have contacted me.
