After graduating from university, my working experience in foreign-funded enterprise for 30 years and my travel experience in over a dozen countries brought me a full understanding of foreigners' mindset, values and behaviors. I am able to speak, read, and write excellent English, so I am confident in adapting to local cultures. These abilities did not make me an arrogant person, but on the contrary, I have an open mind and optimistic personality. I can always put my feet in others’ shoes, and support and encourage people around me. Maybe these are the reasons make me the only Chinese and one of the few women in the company's executive team. I am not the kind of workaholic who doesn't have private life. The more heavy responsibilities I carry at work, the higher quality of life I require to relax myself. Traveling, exercising, listening to the music and walking my dog are all my favorite stress-relieving activities. Also, old movies never failed to fascinate me. Classics are never out-of-date, aren’t they? My favourite movie is 'Roman Holiday', as this story embodies the most sincere love.
