I was born and raised in southwestern China. I am 60 years old this year. I feel still young, and other people also guess that I am much younger than my actual age. I have been using Chinese medicine to protect the health of myself and my children, and I often provide Chinese medicine guidance to people around me. I am a good cook and am committed to healthy eating and healthy living habits. I prefer to eat organic food and cook as much as possible. I am used to traveling and try to understand the world, all living beings, and myself during my travels. I am a Buddhist and am keen on self-cultivation and helping others to achieve happiness.
